Hi Pete, I borrowed a used survival suit several times when running my boat in November. I loved the warmth and got used to the reduction in movement, but it belonged to a commercial fisherman and didn't fit right and smelled like someone else. Faced with your problem, I think I'd shop where I could try one on to get the best fit and order a new one from Defender or another supplier.
