I'm guessing your lights are like mine - attached to a SS plate which is welded onto the pulpit. there are two, long slotted screws in the front of the lens. I recommend replacing the festoon bulbs with LED bulbs with the same contacts. Also remember to reinstall the lens right side up. It will attach either way, but upside down the lights won't shine in the right direction.
