????? I can't imagine what you would be using to *anchor* a boat in salt water that would not tolerate being wet. My old boat has no separate compartment - the anchor locker drains into the bilge. To keep the smells down I hose the mud off the line and let it dry before putting it back down the hawsepipe if the weather allows, but that is for smells, not corrosion issues.

It provides a very porous surface that allows water to run away underneath it. They square pieces snap together and could be trimmed to fit the locker floor.
