Chuck, That is a good deal for a Yanmar, but I'm going with a Beta 30. It's the closest match mount-wise and the same horsepower as my dead M-35.
Also, not to downgrade the Yanmar name, but I called two Yanmar dealers last week and did not get return phone calls. Farron at Beta in NC has been beyond responsive - providing advice, ever-changing quotes, diagrams, etc. several times a day. For me, customer service means a lot. Add to that Beta's great reputation and I was sold. Hope to have it by mid next week and back in the water by the week after the holiday. All the best, Edd ------------------------------- Edd M.
