Finally made a decision! I got a Dell micro PC on sale for $129. The power supply is 45w at 19 volts, so I'll need a small transformer. I ordered a 19 inch Samsung TV for use as a monitor. It runs on 14 volts. With keyboard and mouse, I'm out about $300. Add a 128 GB SD card and I should be in business.
