Finally made a decision! I got a Dell micro PC on sale for $129.​  The
power supply is 45w at 19 volts, so I'll need a small transformer.  I
ordered a 19 inch Samsung TV for use as a monitor.  It runs on 14 volts.
With keyboard and mouse, I'm out about $300.  Add a 128 GB SD card and I
should be in business.
