Doug

Troy is a little to far upstream to take a mast down.  Most do it at Hop O Nose 
in Catskills or for the DIY Type at Castleton Boat Club.  All stop at the 
beautiful town of Waterford whether north or south bound.  We spent a month 
there this past spring waiting for the canals to open.  Thirty plus boats 
headed up either the Erie or Champlain
