Sun after loosing Oracle is now a DEAD company....
So they are just accepting the end not to gracefully I am afraid..., and 
they are trying to SUE microsoft agian!!, but you can not sue a company 2 
times for the same thing so it is a lost cause..

Sun has bit the dust.
