Actually, per Bruce Timberlake's post of 2:07 pm today (Thursday, 03/21/02) it's a lot clearer. Sun only warrantees the hardware. Software service is always extra. While we can argue all we want, that's the Sun way, and we're going to have to live with it. I'm going to have to expand my service offerings <smile>.
