I should also elaborate that dependencies on cobbler to dhcpd doesn't work, as we also allow dnsmasq as a "supported" option. However with all the recent templating changes, I'm not positive that still works. Still, haven't heard any complaints. It seems with templating the way it is now (i..e good and doing all the work for you) there's really not much reason to use it.
