The (adult) Yellow-crowned Night Heron was easy to find (0645) on the
island. It was on the north (I think, you can get disoriented in that
neighborhood) side of the island near the dead tree tangle sticking
out of water like Dave reported first. It meandered along the rocks
eventually but stuck to west side of island.  Pix being uploaded (URL
below) now.
