        Last time I checked, registrations were manualy checked by services, they can 
also ban entire IP ranges from registering accounts.  Multiple regitrations 
from the same e-mail sub-domain would likely be queried.

        Not a viable suggestion - you're opening people upto spam, mail bombing, etc.
