people claim that lame does better job, but i haven't tested recently.
last time i tested bladeenc was better in sound quality. since you want
quality, forget gogo, which is fast and suitable for quick dirty jobs.
not very high quality sound.
i myself use bladeenc, self compiled, and it has done quite nice job for
me.
