the default super-eye-candy theme is horrible, and the new start menu is
something words cannot explain - completely un-usable. there are some
other things like how to manage what and from where problems. luckily
one can use theme that looks a lot like win2k by default and also use
the old-style start menu. but it still doesn't solve some problems, for
example one can add/remove users from two places although other of them
does nothing! and there are a lot of configuration options compared to
win2k, and all seem to be just dropped somewhere, not centralised very
well. control panel seem to have lost it's meaning totally.
