@kou thanks for looking into it. @amoeba I like that idea. I think this is fairly typical behavior for blogs. A couple of small bits of bikeshedding: - Will links to other subdomains of apache.org get treated as internal or external links? Probably better to treat them as external if there's a choice. - Setting `rel="noopener"` seems like a good idea, but setting `rel="noreferrer"` seems like a questionable practice for a public site.
