   Testing on the live site right now, it seems like everything under the 
arrow.apache.org origin gets treated as internal. That means all the Jekyll 
content but also subproject like /adbc and /docs. I assume you were hoping 
those would be flagged as external links? That's what I was hoping.
   
   Happy to keep iterating. AFAIK the plugin doesn't have a way of controlling 
this.
