Thanks [~brandon.williams], while in general you are right in this case the
situation is different.
It is not really just a removal, during merge from the previous versions I had
to substitute X4 with the SSTABLE_VERSIONS. If you compare the enums in
3.0/3.11 and 4.0 you can see it.
