My preference is to remove the duplicated idea targets if a join of 11 and 17
jvmargs works in the IDEs. There was a reason to have both 8 and 11, but it
sounds like there is no reason to have both 11 and 17, so we shouldn't
introduce that tech debt (as trivial as it is).
But I not the one doing the work. Overall, with the message/exit tmp fixes, it
is +1 from me.
