Review comment:
       The DataProcessor has the ssrd (SchemaSetRuntimeData) as a member.
   The ssrd has an elementRuntimeData object which is the root element's ERD, 
and that has the schemaURIStringsForFullValidation member on it.  So you don't 
need the resultState object to get this.
