Yeah, I was suggesting a single PR containing two commits, one commit for the scripts and one commit for the actual changes to make things OSGI compliant (made either manually or via scripts). Makes the commit history more clear about what is what. Also, if we use [.git-blame-ignore-revs](https://github.blog/changelog/2022-03-24-ignore-commits-in-the-blame-view-beta/) (which we probably should), then we only ignore all the move/rename stuff and not adding actual new files. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
