Review Comment:
   Do we need to pass an explicit `id` to supervisor constructor?
   Won't it always be equal to `spec.getId()`?
   
   I would suggest:
   
   - *Task - super class handles null supervisorId values
   - *Spec - each class passes non-null value to super
   - *Supervisor - don't pass an id as it will always be read from 
`spec.getId()`
