Ownership update for PR #19910 (current head `149332e673`): - Removed all 26 `services/**` changes and restored those paths exactly to `master`. - Services consume server test-jar fixtures, so the services migration is now owned by [PR #19911](https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/19911). - The final #19910 diff is indexing-service-only; processing, server, SQL, MSQ, services, and extensions are out of scope. - This work remains part of [issue #13948](https://github.com/apache/druid/issues/13948), with related migration work in [#19875](https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/19875), [#19908](https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/19908), [#19909](https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/19909), and [#19911](https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/19911). Validation after the scope split: full indexing-service reactor `test-compile` passed; focused tests finished with 316 final passes (one existing timing-sensitive test passed on retry and in isolation); Checkstyle, PMD, SpotBugs, Enforcer, and forbidden APIs passed; source and dependency audits found zero DruidExceptionMatcher/ExceptionMatcher, JUnit4, or Hamcrest references. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
