Swapping out the kafka doesn't actually look that difficult in the code itself,
with things formerly handled by KafkaCluster now handled by KafkaConsumer, and
the replacement of LeaderOffsets with raw long values (hudi never seems to use
the other fields in LeaderOffset anyways), but the TestKafkaSource.java file is
another task, as the test utils that made things easier no longer exist.
