Review Comment:
   It is clean: ran `javadoc:jar` locally with the default `failOnError=true` 
under source 25 -- BUILD SUCCESS, jar produced. Added 
`<failOnError>true</failOnError>` to the module's javadoc config so 
release-profile breaks fail loudly from now on.

Review Comment:
   Confirmed -- reproduced it: `mvn -Phudi-trino -pl hudi-trino test-compile 
-DskipTests` fails on missing `hudi-trino-tests` symbols. Switched the script 
to `-Dmaven.test.skip=true`, matching `hudi_trino_ci.yml`, and verified 
`install -Dmaven.test.skip=true` passes.
