Mans,

You can apply a patch on top of your code.

The commit referenced is available here:  
https://github.com/apiri/incubator-nifi/commit/dc166f605886e68280d6b25c8ff371595509c3cf.patch

Downloading that, you can then run a git apply <path to downloaded file>

Depending on the changes you've done, this may or may not apply.  If it does 
not, let me know, and don't worry about getting it in there, as I can make it 
map after you wrap up your work.
