   I'm talking about this API: 
https://nodejs.org/api/stream.html#streamreadablefromiterable-options

   Make sense. How about following the same pattern like `node::fs` does?
   
   We can have API:
   
   ```
   let r = op.reader() -> Reader
   
   r.read(buffer)
   r.createReadStream() -> ReadStream
   ```
