This is indicator you are moderator in the room and have all privileges

(you can hover these circles with mouse to get info)

Well this is UI issue (my fault) I'm bit lazy to update {{minimize}} and
{{refresh}} icons, as you can see they are from M3 design ...

Right now microphone level is being displayed only for the {{self}} (it would
be too much useless traffic to send mic level of each user to whole room 2-10

This is weird and sounds like a bug (or maybe you can hear your self from other
mic nearby?)
Unlike video self sound is not played back
