@abhioncbr Can we please pass the endpointUrl (/methodName) here and in
PinotQueryResource (ideally we should pass it in all places where `hasAccess`
is called).
Internally at Linkedin, we have different restrictions on READ access for
downloadSegment and query endpoints.
