[~closeuris] We have been using Yarn 2.6.* at LinkedIn and it looks stable 
enough. I think we are still playing around with Yarn 2.7. Is there any 
compelling reason to directly upgrade yarn dependency to 2.7.1 ? If we do so, 
are there any backward incompatible changes in 2.7 that will affect users of 
older yarn versions?

It will be good to enumerate this information before deciding whether to go for 
2.7.1 or not. Let me know what you think.
