[~closeuris], it would be good to confirm w/ [~fintler] regarding to SAMZA-519.
If it is resolved, it would be great to mark YARN HA as officially supported
feature in Samza.
However, I still want to see a clear description of the "versioning issues
around app id naming" reported by [~llamahunter].
