## Summary This pull request fixes a copy-paste bug in `LogUtil.getLogPath()` when the selected Log4j2 reference is `fileAppender`. The method now derives the parent directory from `fileLogPath` rather than the unrelated `routingLogFilePath`, which may be null in a fileAppender-only configuration. A regression test and fileAppender-only Log4j2 fixture reproduce the failure and verify the corrected directory result. Closes #11463 ## Verification - `./mvnw spotless:apply` - `./mvnw -pl seatunnel-engine/seatunnel-engine-common -DskipITs test` - `./mvnw -pl seatunnel-engine/seatunnel-engine-common -DskipITs -Dtest=LogUtilTest -Dsurefire.failIfNoSpecifiedTests=false test` The repository-wide `./mvnw -q -DskipTests verify` was attempted with Java 17; it reached `seatunnel-engine-ui` and was blocked by its `npm install` step returning exit code 1 from the npm registry. This is unrelated to the Java change.
