Conclusion: I moved the deliverable path for this fix to #11933 on a writable `davidzollo` branch. The current fork `Build` state on this PR is still tied to the fork workflow history, and the earlier maintainer replacement PR #11905 is now conflicted, so #11933 is the clean current-head CI path for the same EXTRACT fix plus the required review follow-ups.\n\nThanks again for the original patch here, @fallintoplace.
