DanielLeens opened a new pull request, #11905: URL: https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/11905
## Summary - carry over the current `#11142` head (`39c3b72bea63d7b5b105e4cfbebd4faf919afdfe`) into a maintainer-owned branch so CI can continue on a writable fork - add the review follow-ups requested on the current head: incompatible-changes entries in `docs/en` and `docs/zh`, extra `EXTRACT` coverage for `LOCAL_TIME` / `LOCAL_DATE` / `OFFSET_DATE_TIME`, and Javadocs for the new helper methods - keep the source scope limited to the original transform fix plus the missing review polish ## Why a replacement PR Maintainer-side push back to `fallintoplace/seatunnel:fix/extract-epoch-units` was rejected by GitHub with: `remote: Permission to fallintoplace/seatunnel.git denied to DanielLeens.` So this PR republishes the same patch line on a writable maintainer fork instead of leaving the follow-up fix stranded locally. ## Validation - `./mvnw spotless:apply -pl seatunnel-transforms-v2 -am -nsu` - `git diff --check` No local compile / unit / integration test was run here; current-head GitHub CI remains the runtime proof source for SeaTunnel. ## Original context - original PR: #11142 - original current head included unchanged source commit chain through `[Chore][CI] Refresh PR #11142 checks` - maintainer follow-up commit on top: `2446e214008` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
