@SEZ9 Mapping for the both-sides checklist item:
- Callback side (`onContextPublished`):
`testDeployLocalTaskRollsBackAfterPostPublishFailureAndAllowsRedeploy`
- Submission side (`submitBlockingTask` / `RejectedExecutionException` after
partial submit):
`testDeployLocalTaskRollsBackAfterPartialBlockingSubmitRejection`
Both already redeploy through `deployTask(Data)` (not `deployLocalTask`), so
they hit the `executionContexts.containsKey` skip branch that #12164 describes.
Same mapping is in the PR description checklist ยง2.
