Thanks @davidzollo for the approval and for merging dev in. CI on a80834ebf: all four unit-test legs green. engine-v2-it is still red on both legs, but that's the SplitClusterFaultToleranceIT race @DanielLeens traced to dev's own code — tracked in #12311, still unmerged, so the dev sync wouldn't clear it. The rest are the usual connector ITs. One procedural thing: the PR still shows CHANGES_REQUESTED from @DanielLeens (09-07) and @SEZ9 (08-28). Both were resolved through later COMMENTED updates rather than a formal state change, and @DanielLeens has said he can't update his own since his account is comment-only.
