Pushed `5faae3e27` on top of a fresh `apache/dev` merge (`696d02890`). Summary for @SEZ9 and @DanielLeens against the open findings: - **Conflicts**: the nine conflicts came from #12398 (worker resource table) and #12161 (bounded health-metrics fan-out). The Workers tag editor now sits above the new resource table with a per-row `Select` action, and member identity (`uuid`, `localMember`, `tags`) is stamped by the bounded collector for every entry, including timed-out members. New unit test: `BaseServiceHealthMetricsTest#testMemberIdentityIsAppendedToCollectedAndTimedOutEntries`. - **F6**: server-side guard added. `JobInfoService.validateCheckpointRestoreRequest` now resolves the source job status (locally on the master, via `GetJobStatusOperation` otherwise) and refuses the restore with `400` while the source job is in any non-end state, e.g. `restoreSourceJobId=42 is still RUNNING; stop or cancel the source job before restoring from its checkpoint state`. The "state no longer exists" case already surfaces as `No checkpoint found for jobId=..., restoreMode=..., restoreSourceJobId=...` from `RestJobExecutionEnvironment` on `dev`; both are now documented. The Submit Job panel appends the engine message to its failure text so the operator sees the reason. Tests: `JobInfoServiceRestoreGuardTest` (parameterized over every `JobStatus`), a REST test for non-numeric `restoreSourceJobId`, and a `jobs.spec.ts` case asserting the server message is shown. - **F2**: `RestApiIT` gained `testHttpServiceStatusReportsEffectivePortsWithoutSecrets` and `testUpdateLocalMemberTagsOnlyMutatesTheServingMember` (foreign UUID rejected with no side effect, serving UUID applies on both the Jetty and Hazelcast ports, empty map clears, non-object `tags` rejected). - **F1 / F3 / F4 / F5 / F7**: REST docs (en + zh) now have a plain flat-map example for `/update-tags` with the "no reserved key" statement, a dedicated `/update-local-member-tags` section with request/response/error table and the load-balancer limitation, the shared basic-auth/mTLS note on both new endpoints, and a per-field table for `/http-service/status` with the default `8080` / `8443` example ports. The Web UI page carries the same LB limitation and the restore guard note. - **F8**: not done in this head. Refreshing the screenshots needs a running UI, which I did not do here; I left the existing images untouched rather than dropping them. I would treat this as the remaining docs follow-up. Local validation was limited to Spotless, Prettier and `git diff --check`; the fork CI run on this head is the compile/test signal. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
