Confirmed with the public deserializer in `ce54f6195`: floating numbers inside objects and arrays captured as STRING do use the decimal rendering. The new tests pin the exact digits and exponent text, retain quoted number strings, and compare against both the no-DECIMAL and existing scalar-DECIMAL controls. I extended the EN/ZH compatibility and overview notes accordingly; the production fix is unchanged. After syncing dev, all 67 JSON tests passed (571 including dependencies, no skips), along with root formatting and verify.
