Thanks, I checked the fork again. Actions is enabled with all actions allowed, and the Build workflow is active on `fix/prune-checkpoints-to-max-retained`. GitHub still rejects the dispatch with `Actions has been disabled for this repository` (HTTP 422), so this looks like a repository/account-side restriction. I cannot override that from the available repository access.
