Update on the `Build`: the failed-jobs rerun (attempt 2) reproduced the **exact same failure set** as attempt 1 — the same 10 IT jobs (`all-connectors-it-2/6`, `transform-v2-it-part-2`, `mysql-cdc-connector-it`, `hbase-connector-it`, both JDK matrices) with the same first error (`TestSparkDateTimeTransformIT`: `PreconditionViolationException` — Testcontainers invocation context provider returned an empty stream, 68/69 tests in the suite pass). An identical failure set across two independent runs points to a systematic runner-environment issue for these suites on the fork, not to this PR's changes (a Zeta metrics fix) and not to random flake. `unit-test` passes on both attempts. I have therefore stopped rerunning (two identical attempts is enough evidence); the remaining red checks are environmental.
