The failed run on `b3904d55` stopped in CI setup, before metadata tests: Python 3.11.0 was unavailable on Ubuntu 26.04, and the code-specification job hit Lombok's `TypeTag :: UNKNOWN` JDK mismatch. Run: https://github.com/Nikk8091/seatunnel/actions/runs/40849210055. I merged current `dev` (`c6185fb3`) without conflicts, producing head `351826ab`. This brings in the existing upstream #12964 fixes (Python 3.11 selection and Temurin 17 for code specification). The diff against dev remains the same seven metadata implementation/test/E2E/documentation files; no separate workflow patch was added. Fresh module Spotless formatting and `git diff --check` passed. The six-module `mvn -o -pl seatunnel-api -am -DskipTests verify` attempt passed the prerequisite modules but failed compiling `seatunnel-api` at the missing `ConfigMapPathUtils` import. No test execution or passing standalone build is claimed. #12443 is still unmerged, so this PR stays draft. The sync addresses the known CI environment problems but cannot supply the unmerged helper.
