   Thanks again for the contribution. The CI fact cited previously has changed;
this updates that gate on the unchanged reviewed head without issuing another
full source review.

   Checked 2026-10-29T17:18:30+00:00; head
`bf797ef4c36e38d8ca54f2a9cb11569a4e50d2fb`. [Signal pull request
update](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/actions/runs/40200288142/job/121189824393)
 = `SUCCESS`; [Build](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/runs/123172256043) =
`SUCCESS`

   The old failing/pending Build guidance is withdrawn. CI was previously the
only remaining technical blocker; CI is now passing, so that CI objection is
cleared. My source conclusion is clear to proceed.

   Comparison: base `dev`, head `bf797ef4c36e38d8ca54f2a9cb11569a4e50d2fb`,
`diverged`, ahead 4 / behind 58; GitHub mergeable state `blocked`.
Behind/diverged alone is recorded metadata and does not add a sync request.

   Daniel has READ repository permission. This is a discussion/CI
clarification, not a new complete source review, an effective APPROVED event or
dismissal of historical requested changes. A write-capable maintainer must
perform any required final approval/dismissal. Thanks for keeping the follow-up
focused.
