The requested JobMaster explanation is a **per-worker** timeout bound, not one overall collection deadline; it remains a small existing documentation correction, not another implementation request. [Build](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/runs/121486172860) still reports workflow-run discovery ACTION_REQUIRED. The fork owner should link or start the existing exact-head Build, enabling Actions only if the fork actually reports them disabled. No current base fix can substitute for a missing execution, and no empty commit, dependency edit or drift-only sync is requested. The head is unchanged, so this is a discussion acknowledgment and the existing documentation blocker remains open.
