Updated to `e25b3354e65` by an ordinary merge of current upstream dev. Published PayPal arrival-latch and connector-readiness fixes are included; the PR-only cancellation-test disable has been removed. Metrics-specific coverage now exercises public terminal persistence and real healthy-worker → worker-departure → history reconciliation in the existing IT. Scoped formatting and independent source review passed. Current-head functional CI remains pending. The verified Backpressure checkpoint-lock dependency is being repaired in #12316, and historical connector failures still require new-head CI; no workload/assertion weakening or blind rerun was used. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
