I checked the current `dev` `RegexExtractTransformFactory.optionRule()` and the open PR file sets. #13148 is the only current PR changing `docs/en/transforms/regexextract.md` and `docs/zh/transforms/regexextract.md`, so this is a single, non-overlapping documentation slice for the tracker. Please keep the substantive review on #13148. The reviewer will need to verify that both languages agree with the current rule: `source_field` and `regex_pattern` are required, `output_fields` is required and non-empty, and `default_values` is optional but must match the output-field count. The multi-table and runtime-behaviour claims in the PR should likewise be checked against the implementation and existing tests before merge.
