Review comment:
Sorry for the confusion. Originally (until yesterday) those functions take
dim and pointers as argument right? But you were also using std::vector, so I
thought why don't we use vectors as much as possible.
But now that I realized that those vectors were just some placeholders and
doesn't add anything, I think we should remove vectors and restore your
original implementation.
