Thanks @abdul-traya for merging the service registrations. I compared the
bundled JARs from `dafce0ab` (common ancestor) and `561a3374` using Temurin
11.0.26.

   | Validation | Base JAR | PR JAR |
   |---|---|---|
   | Package build, with unit tests skipped | Pass | Pass |
   | Hadoop STS client construction with default, regional, and VPC endpoint
hostnames | Pass | Pass |
   | Web-identity credential resolution, cache, and shutdown |
`NoSuchMethodError` during shutdown | Pass |
   | Glue configuration and `GetDatabase` request | Missing
`MultiPartKeysValueExtractor` | Pass |
   | S3A write, metadata read, data read, and shutdown | Pass | Pass; exact
bytes match |
   | `google-c2p` DNS/xDS branches and xDS bootstrap setter | C2P provider
absent | Pass |
   | Spark, AWS HTTP, and JDBC service loading | Available registrations load |
Merged registrations load |
   | Jersey HTTP response conversion | Missing String body reader | Pass |
   | GCS and Azure initialization/shutdown | Pass | Pass |
   | Initial Delta → Iceberg synchronization | Cannot load Delta provider |
Pass |
   | Incremental sync after update, deletion, and insertion | Blocked by Delta
provider | Pass |
   | Repeated sync without further changes | Blocked by Delta provider | Pass |

The data checks compare every `id`, `name`, and `part` value and reject
duplicate rows. Iceberg selects the active files; Spark reads their Parquet
data.

The static comparison found **0 removed classes, 42 added classes, and 177
changed SDK classes**. All 177 changed classes match the retained AWS bundle.
The class-file scan found no references to removed classes or the removed
members it tracks.

**Test limits:** Cloud requests used local mock services and fake
credentials. The resolver test forced the GCP branch locally. GCS/Azure checks
cover initialization and shutdown only. Live IAM, EKS, VPC connectivity, and
cloud data access remain untested.

The broader provider scan still finds the same five loading failures in both
JARs, including the existing HMS `MetaException` dependency gap. I found no new
regression in the tested paths, and the STS shutdown test confirms the intended
fix.
