[~busbey] ,[~haibochen], thanks for review. My understanding was
{{hadoop-yarn-api}} is already included as dependency in that pom file. So we
don't have to include it again from this artifact. Similarly
{{hadoop-yarn-common}} resources are already included in hadoop-yarn-api.
