[~haibochen], Removed {{hadoop-yarn-common}} from excluded dependencies and
added comment. We still have have {{guava,log4j, commons-cli}} as transitive
dependencies. I think we can include some transitive dependencies we are sure
of right now. And update it incrementally (i.e exclusion list) in future. Let
us know what you think.
