[~busbey] ,[~haibochen], thanks for review. My understanding was
{{hadoop-yarn-api}} is already included as dependency in that module. So we
don't have to include it again from this artifact. Similarly
{{hadoop-yarn-common}} resources and other excluded dependencies are already
included as part of {{hadoop-yarn-api}}. Let me know if you want me to change
any of that.
