Thanks for the comments [~xkrogen]! Addressed most of them: added tests for the
ProcessingDetails class but still need tests to ensure that the times are
getting populated when a call is processed. Also still need to add comments
around the math in {{Server#updateMetrics()}} (trying to understand it better
first).
