I don't know much about winning and losing, but I like that markdown reads well
on github and developers could benefit from reading the latest (trunk/branch-2)
documentation in a browser.
That said, it would be nice for someone involved in earlier discussions around
APT to weigh in. And, it is preferable to change all sub-projects in the same
release.
